Meat Cutting & Deboning

 

Meat cutting and deboning seminars contain both practical and theoretical parts.

​

The students will have the opportunity to see live demonstrations of meat cutting from a experienced meat technologist. The meat cutting demonstration is based on the English meat cutting techniques which are ideal for Cyprus and probably the most established and recognized on a global scale. 

​

During the program the students will also get theoretical knowledge, notes and practical training.

​

By the end of the program the students will obtain a certificate of attendance.  

 

The seminar is subsidized by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA)

Product development 

(for butchers & cooks)

 

Product development seminars contain both practical and theoretical parts.

​

The students will have the opportunity to see live demonstrations of product development (meat products) from an experienced meat technologist. 

​

During the program the students will also get theoretical knowledge, notes and practical training.

​

By the end of the program the students will obtain a certificate of attendance.
